Our Die Design begins with quality engineering, the latest technology and software, and skilled personnel. We analyze the part to be designed to determine the optimal processes and methodologies to use. We then go through the design stages to process from conceptual design, material utilization, forming simulations and solid modeling, to the final product. Frequent and open communication with our customers in the design stage ensures that are satisfied and that all their requirements are met on time. During the design process constant communication between ourselves and our customer adds to the quality build of the tools, as experience and dialogue are the best tools one can leverage.

PRECISION MACHINING

Stamping Die In Thailand We offer a complete tooling product with all processes done on site. After the design is approved, it is released to the shop for milling, grinding and CNC. Our skilled and experienced toolmakers have many years of expertise and a desire to get the job done right and on time.

Once the forms are machined and the preliminary tooling has been assembled, the tooling is tested and any necessary adjustments are made. In the latter stages we employ the 3 axis laser to develop any trim area, Wire EDM the sections and assemble the die.
